HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE AN OLD OR UPGRADED ACCOUNT WITH SAFEBRIDGE?
You can determine the type of your account based on its interface once you log in. Please see the instructional video on the right for more information.
I HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN THE OLD PLATFORM, CAN I STILL USE MY PURCHASED LICENSES?
Yes. You can still access your old account throughout the migration process to administer your remaining training licenses. However, any new licenses can only be purchased via the new Safebridge shop and administered via the new SafeLearn LMS.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY OLD ACCOUNT?
Within the next 2 months, all of your remaining licenses will be migrated to your new account. Our representatives will inform you directly once your account is scheduled for migration.
I HAVE AN OLD ACCOUNT, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY HISTORICAL ORDERS, CERTIFICATES AND OTHER RECORDS?
Your existing account history will not be transferred to the new platform. Your old account will remain accessible to view your historical activity, including orders, certificates and other trainee data. Any certificates issued under the old account will also be accessible for download.
HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY ACCOUNT?
To upgrade your account, you will need to register your Company in our new SafeLearn LMS Platform. Please see the instructional video on the right for the exact required steps.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE NEW LICENSES FOLLOWING THIS UPGRADE?
A registration in the new SafeLearn LMS platform is required. Please feel free to watch our video for more information.
HOW CAN I CREATE SEAFARER’S ACCOUNTS IN THE NEW SAFELEARN LMS?
Once in your account, simply expand the ‘User management’ section and click on ‘End Users’. Then, click on ‘Create End User’ and complete the associated form.
HOW CAN I ASSIGN LICENSES TO TRAINEES IN THE NEW SAFELEARN LMS?
Once in your account, please go to ‘Assign Courses‘, choose the course package, select the desired user and click on ‘Send Invitation‘. An email will be sent to the trainee with instructions on how to start the course.
HOW DOES A TRAINEE ACCESS HIS/HER ASSIGNED TRAINING IN THE NEW SAFELEARN LMS?
Once a course is assigned to a trainee, they must follow the instructions outlined in the associated email which they receive. Please refer to the instructional video on the right for the exact required steps.
CAN I CHECK THEIR PROGRESS IN THE NEW SAFELEARN LMS?
Once in your account, expand the ‘Courses‘ section and click on ‘User activities‘. Select the desired trainee and the associate course progress will be available for your review
CAN I CHECK HOW MANY TIMES THEY ATTEMPTED TO PASS THE TEST IN THE NEW SAFELEARN LMS?
Yes. Once in your account, expand the ‘Courses‘ section and click on ‘User activities‘. Select the desired trainee and check the associated test attempts.
WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE SEAFARER’S CERTIFICATE IN THE NEW SAFELEARN LMS?
In your SafeLearn LMS account, expand the ‘Courses‘ section and click on ‘Issued certificates‘. Select the trainee and click on the respective icon. A new page will open where you may download the associated certificate.
HOW CAN I REGISTER A COMPANY IN THE NEW SAFELEARN LMS?
To register your company you must first create a ‘Safebridge ID’. Once the registration process is completed and you have accessed your account, you will see the option to ‘Register a Company’. Follow the steps to complete the company registration. The Company will be in a pending status until our company support representatives review/approve your application
HOW CAN I EDIT MY COMPANY’S DETAILS IN THE NEW SAFELEARN LMS?
Log in to ‘My Account’, click on the ‘Edit company’ button and proceed with the necessary changes. The Company’s status will return to pending status until our Customer Service Representatives complete the review and approval of the submitted changes.
AS A COMPANY ADMIN, HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT THE SEAFARER I ASSIGNED THE COURSE IS THE SAME WHO COMPLETED THE EXAM?
In order to confirm and verify the identity of the trainee taking the course, we require that their webcam is activated or a ‘proctor’ is present during the final test.
