What do I have to consider when I undergo the training at the office or on the vessel?

When doing the training at the office or on the vessel, you should ask the IT Admin whether they use a proxy server or a restrictive firewall.
If this is the case, please request the IT Admin to set up the below-stated exceptions in the network.
Otherwise, some modules such as GuideMe, FreePlay or TestMe might be unavailable.

For all connection entries, allow traffic on TCP ports 80, 443 and 6800.
For DNS names, please use the following:

sbp-svc.safebridge.net (IP 62.96.143.43)
sbp-vnc.safebridge.net (IP 62.96.143.43)
sbp-media.safebridge.net (IP 62.96.143.43)
media01.safebridge.net (IP 62.96.143.43)

If there is a non-transparent proxy operating, please set up a corresponding exception.
